This summer, CPA students are leading our Cereal Race – a community challenge to collect 5,000 boxes of cereal for our local food shelf.
But here’s the twist:
We’re not just collecting boxes – we’re asking the community to sponsor our goal.
Your Role as a CPA Student
Your job is to help answer one big question: How many boxes can CPA collect this summer?
You can do that by asking friends, family, and neighbors to:
Sponsor CPA’s Total
- $0.10 per box
- $0.50 per box
- $1.00 per box
- One time donation
Every pledge supports CPA programs while every box collected supports families in our community.
You Can Still Bring Cereal
Bringing boxes to camp, rehearsals, or performances helps us reach our goal faster—but your biggest impact comes from helping grow the number of people supporting CPA.
Prizes & Friendly Competition
To make it even more fun, we’ll be tracking pledges all summer:
Top Student Fundraiser – awarded to the student who secures the most pledges
Top Show Award – the cast that raises the most pledges per student
(bragging rights included)
Our Goal
5,000 boxes – One full domino lap around the Hanifl Performing Arts Center
At the end of the summer, we’ll line up all the boxes and knock them down together at our Back-to-School Celebration – before donating everything to a local food shelf.
Why This Matters
You’re not just participating – you’re leading.
You are helping:
- provide food for families
- grow support for CPA
- bring the community together
