  • Main Stage (theatrical equipment) 250 Seats – 5200 sq. ft.– 4h minimum – Includes use of Lobby – 1520 sq. ft. $250/hr
  • Classroom 1 – 928 sq. ft. – 4h minimum – $100/hr
  • Classroom 1 & 2 – 1856 sq. ft. – 4h minimum – Includes light & sound. $150/hr
  • Classroom 1 or 2 (non theatrical) – 928 sq. ft. – 2h minimum – $50/hr
  • Classroom 1 & 2 (non theatrical) – 1856 sq. ft. – 2h minimum – Good for speakers, lectures, lunches & dinners $150/hr
  • Black Box (theatrical) 1065 sq. ft. – 4h minimum – $150/hr
  • Black Box (non theatrical) – 2h minimum – $150/hr
  • Lobby – 1520 sq. ft. – 2h minimum – $100/hr
  • Nicholson Room – 692 sq. ft. – 1h minimum – $100/hr
  • **Lakeshore/Children’s Performing Arts Technical Staff – required for all theatrical rentals – $50/hr
  • 12% Lakeshore/Children’s Performing Arts Cleaning fee will be charged by catering as a separate, non-taxed item on their invoice to you.
