In this unique, one-month process, students will have the opportunity to workshop and perform scenes adapted from iconic works by women authors, including well known stories like “The Yellow Wallpaper,” “A Good Man is Hard to Find,” and more. Participants will collaborate with the playwright and director to bring these powerful stories to life. The program will culminate in a performance where students present the scenes and showcase all of their hard work. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or new to the stage, this program offers an enriching environment to explore, learn, and celebrate women’s contributions to literature through performance.
This program is available for students in 7th-12th grade.
